So what time better than now to resurrect interviews from that era?
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been diving into the archives. Thanks to eBay, I’ve been able to acquire a still-working DAT audio player—short-lived transitional technology that bridged the cassette and CD era—allowing the liberation of significant interviews unheard for a couple of decades.
In the days ahead, you’ll hear some of them here: Celebrated journalists, historical figures, award-winning authors, broadcasting legends and more—much of it surprisingly relevant in this election year.
